Schneider Electric Appoints Ifeanyi Odoh as Country President for East Africa

Background and Expertise
South East Asia: Before joining Schneider Electric Kenya, Ifeanyi served as the Strategy and Transformation Leader in charge of Vietnam and Cambodia. During his tenure, he successfully incubated concepts related to Sustainability and the New Energy Landscape, contributing significantly to the market.
Vietnam: Ifeanyi’s transformative approach led to the establishment of key products, including e-Mobility and Energy as-a-Service, which added substantial value to the business.
Anglophone West Africa: Prior to his role in Vietnam, Ifeanyi held the position of Head of Offer Marketing & Business Development. In this capacity, he orchestrated commercial actions and go-to-market strategies for Schneider Electric products, software, and services in the region.
France: Ifeanyi’s career began as a Research Engineer within Schneider Electric’s Strategy and Innovation department in France.

Transition and Continuity
As Ifeanyi assumes his new role, the outgoing Country President, Carol Koech, will transition to lead Sustainability Strategy for Schneider Electric in International Operations, with her base relocating to Dubai.
